BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE, MD — A coach and admissions counselor at the Georgetown Preparatory School in North Bethesda recently won thousands of dollars at a Washington Wizards game, according to WTOP News.
Christopher Singleton attended the Monday game between the Washington Wizards and the Houston Rockets. He landed a total of $10,000 after taking part in a fourth-quarter contest where he needed to land a layup, free throw, and a three-pointer.
He told WTOP that he intends to use some of the funds for a trip with his girlfriend.
