Berries And Bowls Celebrates First Fall Season At College Park Location
Berries and Bowls held its grand opening earlier this season and has rolled out some favorite fall flavors.

COLLEGE PARK, MD — Perfect for a healthy meal any time of day or a pick-me-up between classes for the college crowd, Berries and Bowls has enjoyed staying busy since opening in September.
For fall, they've rolled out seasonal flavors that include the Pumpkin Harvest Bowl, Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, Pumpkin Protein Bites and Apple Pie Toast.
Located on the new Knox Road corridor of shops, Berries and Bowls offers acai/smoothie bowls, smoothies, juices and toasts. Just steps from campus and found on the ground floor of the Union on Knox apartment complex, their bowls are handcrafted and made with nutrient-rich ingredients and superfoods.

Beyond the bowls, there's also smoothies, juices, avocado toasts and chia puddings.
On opening day Sept. 12, more than a hundred people lined up outside with the goal of being one of the first 50 people in line to be treated to a free bowl.
Owner Brian Levine grew up in the restaurant business and attended culinary school. He started the cafe chain with his siblings after trying an açaí bowl on vacation in Florida around 10 years ago. The siblings opened their first location in Gaithersburg in 2019 and a second store in Bethesda in 2021.
“Students are healthier today than they were 30-plus years ago when I was in college,” Levine told The Diamondback. “You feel good about yourself when you eat something that is healthy for you. And it’s a bonus when it tastes good, too.”
Jennifer Levine, Brian’s wife and one of the co-owners of Berries and Bowls, happens to be an alum of the University of Maryland. The couple’s daughter, Emily Levine, operates as their social media manager, making Berries and Bowls a true family affair.
