Man Dies Days After Shooting, Prince George's Police Search For Suspect
Prince George's County Police are working to identify the suspect they say fatally shot a Washington, D.C., man in Capitol Heights.
CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD β A Washington, D.C., man has died after being shot Saturday in Capitol Heights.
Prince George's County police detectives are investigating the now fatal shooting that happened around 11:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of Chapelwood Lane. Officers were called to the area after receiving a report of a shooting. They found 40-year-old Dustin Evans of Washington, D.C., outside with a gunshot wound, according to police.
Investigators are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
