Trunk-Or-Treats, Haunted Hall, Campfire, Pumpkin Painting: Halloween 2026 In Prince George's
Numerous trunk-or-treats are being held across Prince George's this Halloween, along with other fun, festive events.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Families looking for Halloween fun have plenty of options across Prince George’s County this October, from trunk-or-treats and haunted trails to costume contests, pumpkin painting and museum trick-or-treating.
Here are community Halloween events announced so far for 2026:
Sheehy Toyota Of Laurel Trunk Or Treat
The dealership’s fourth annual free event features decorated trunks with nut-free candy, a DJ, balloon artists, carnival games, moon bounces, inflatable attractions, face painting, pumpkin-carving demonstrations, costume contests and food trucks.

Sisters Of 26 Trunk Or Treat
IBEW Local 26’s Sisters of 26 will host decorated trunks loaded with treats. Costumes are encouraged.

Trinity Lutheran Church Fall Festival And Trunk Or Treat
Trinity Lutheran Church will host a free fall festival featuring a trunk-or-treat, moon bounce, crafts and food. Organizers also are collecting donations for the Bowie food pantry.
When: Oct. 17, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Bowie Police Trunk Or Treat
The Bowie Police Department’s annual community event will feature decorated vehicles, candy and costume contests. Prizes will be awarded for costumes and creative vehicle decorations.

Trek Or Treat
Families can walk through a Halloween trail filled with games, roaming entertainment, spooky scenes, candy and other surprises. The event also features a 50-foot illuminated “Trick-or-Tree.” It is designed primarily for children ages 12 and younger.

Cost: $5 for residents; $7 for nonresidents

Laurel Spooktacular
Children can walk through a decorated Halloween Hall and collect treats during Laurel’s annual Spooktacular.

Hyattsville Treat-O-Rama
The City of Hyattsville will kick off its Halloween celebration with music, dancing, crafts, a photo booth, performances, costume contest, parade and candy giveaway.

Hyattsville Police Trunk-Or-Treat
Following Treat-O-Rama, the Hyattsville Police Department will host a community trunk-or-treat.

Flights & Frights: Trick Or Treat At The Museum
Families can trick-or-treat through the College Park Aviation Museum while taking part in Halloween games, crafts and experiments.

Boo-wie Fest At Belair Stable
Families can decorate pumpkins, make fall crafts, stop at a photo station and wander through decorated stable areas collecting treats.

MacKID & Chesapeake Baysox Trunk Or Treat
The annual stadium event will include trunk-or-treating, a DJ, performers, inflatables and access to the Baysox Kids Park. The event will take place under the stadium concourse, rain or shine.

Upper Marlboro Trunk-Or-Treat
The Town of Upper Marlboro plans a community celebration with decorated trunks, candy, giveaways and pumpkin decorating.

Harvest Fest & Trunk Or Treat
The Home Team Realty Group and Jacob’s Ladder Youth Foundation will host a community event featuring trunk-or-treating, a pumpkin patch, spooky reptile show, foam party, story time, pizza, a food truck and Washington Commanders giveaways.

Mount Rainier Halloween Parade & Trunk-Or-Treat
Mount Rainier’s Halloween parade will begin at Richardson Park and travel to Thomas Stone Elementary School, where trunk-or-treating, arts and crafts and refreshments await.
When: Oct. 30; lineup at 5 p.m., parade at 5:30 p.m.

Prince George’s County Sheriff’s 2nd Annual Spooktacular
The Prince George’s County Office of the Sheriff, The Home Depot and Malachi Grand Lodge are teaming up for an evening of candy, music, games, food and Halloween activities. Costumes are encouraged.

Haunted Carnival: Spooktacular Trick Or Treat

Halloweenie Roast Campfire
Families can gather around a community campfire for Halloween stories and roasted marshmallows. Marshmallows and roasting sticks are provided.

A Magical Night Of Wizardry

Greenbelt Police Trunk Or Treat

Montpelier Farms Trunk Or Treat
Montpelier Farms’ second annual event will feature trunk-or-treating, a costume contest, bobbing for apples and Halloween photo opportunities. Pets are welcome.
