ā¢ Centreville drops planning commission membership from 7 to 5, approves fiscal budget (myeasternshoremd.com) ā Centrevilleās Town Council has trimmed its Planning Commission from seven to five members and approved a fiscal 2027 budget that keeps property and public utility tax rates unchanged. Residents should also note higher trash and yard waste fees, the end of curbside recycling July 1, new infrastructure projects, and upcoming July 16 hearings on utility rate hikes, solar arrays, and a shortāterm rental moratorium.
