• Robin Papa named Teacher of the Year (localnews1.org) — Clear Spring residents can celebrate that longtime Clear Spring High School math teacher and track coach Robin Papa has been named the 2026–2027 Washington County Teacher of the Year. A Clear Spring alum herself, Papa was honored for her deep commitment to students’ academic and personal needs and will now compete for Maryland Teacher of the Year this fall.
