• Race Road Water Main Extension Project to Begin in Elkridge (einpresswire.com) — Elkridge drivers and nearby residents should prepare for lane closures on Race Road starting around Monday, October 5, as Howard County installs a new water main and fire hydrants to serve 6250 Race Road. Work will run weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through late December, with flaggers directing alternating one-way traffic and a county contact available for questions.
