• Elkridge ICE Detention Facility Faces Another Hurdle (patch.com) — A proposed ICE detention facility on Meadowridge Road in Elkridge is facing new uncertainty as Howard County appeals a federal judge's order allowing construction to resume. County leaders argue the project violated state public-notice rules, while the developer says the county is improperly targeting a federal contract and costing the company significant money.
