Unveiled (patch.com) — Ellicott City residents now have access to Howard County's fourth community garden, a 126-plot site on Old Montgomery Road that includes 25 ADA-accessible raised beds. The new garden, the first outside Columbia, expands opportunities for local families, therapeutic recreation programs and the food bank to grow fresh produce while building community close to home.
