Sante Group Germantown Wellness & Recovery Center

Santé Group’s Wellness & Recovery Center in Germantown provides a welcoming, peer-led environment for adults ages 18 and older who may be experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or substance use challenges. Services are free, and no insurance is required.

The center offers one-on-one peer support, wellness and recovery planning, educational and wellness groups, life-skills development, social activities, community outings, and connections to local resources. Staff can also assist with resumes, job searches, completing paperwork, accessing computers and printers, and navigating resources for housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and other community needs.

Our goal is to reduce isolation, encourage meaningful connections, build confidence and independence, and support each person as they work toward their own wellness and recovery goals.
