• Mother, daughter killed in wrong-way crash on I-270 in Bethesda (wmar2news.com) — A Germantown man has been charged after police say his Ford Mustang was driving the wrong way on I‑270 in Bethesda, causing a head‑on crash that killed a Virginia mother and daughter. The driver, treated at a hospital and then taken to the Montgomery County Detention Center, now faces multiple manslaughter and impaired‑driving charges as investigators continue their work.
