• Envy program revival gains support from Hagerstown (localnews1.org) — Hagerstown officials are moving toward reviving the Envy youth program, potentially hiring a full-time coordinator to reduce youth crime and support families. Building on a two-year state pilot already operating in Hagerstown, the plan would fund local nonprofits, expand mentoring, and coordinate services for residents ages 13 to 25 while involving youth voices in program leadership. 
• Maryland drivers get slight relief as average gas prices dip statewide (wbal.com) — Hagerstown drivers are seeing some of the lowest gas prices in Maryland right now, with regular unleaded averaging about $4.06 per gallon. Statewide prices have dipped 10 cents in a week, after sharp increases tied to the war in Iran, giving local commuters at least a bit of relief at the pump.
