Make plans to attend the 63rd Annual Havre de Grace Art Show with children's activities, live music, artist interactions, shopping and more.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The 63rd Annual Havre de Grace Art Show returns Oct. 17-18 with artists, live music, children’s activities and waterfront views at Concord Point and Tydings Memorial parks.
On Saturday, visitors can vote from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the People’s Choice Award, which will be presented Sunday in memory of local artist Ezra Berger. Ballots will be available at information booths in both parks.
The show also offers an opportunity to shop for artwork and gifts ahead of the holidays. Families can enjoy story time by local authors near the Tydings Park playground, while live entertainment is scheduled throughout both days.

Cindy Height, one of the organizers of the event, told Patch that upwards of 15,000 people typically attend the art show. It also is the oldest event in Harford County, Height said.
"New this year, we are asking attendees to bring nonperishable food items to fill our pickup truck to benefit food charities for those in need in Harford and Cecil counties," Height said.
