High school sophomores in Maryland and the DC area now can apply for STEM Career Awareness Fellowships through the Sandra Lee Heyman Foundation. Since 2020, 245 Fellows have met with professionals in traditional and nontraditional STEM careers: astronauts, Nobel Prize winners, attorneys, geneticists, engineers, teachers, doctors, therapists, chemists, artists...and many others. Dec. 7th is the deadline for applications.
