Come meet our team, tour our new clinic, and learn how we’re approaching primary care a little differently—with listening, dignity, clear explanations, and patients actively involved in their care.
We offer adult primary and preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits for ages 2+ for common acute concerns such as strep throat, ear and sinus infections, poison ivy, UTIs, cellulitis, and more. On-site testing includes rapid COVID-19, flu and strep testing, urinalysis, and other point-of-care testing.
Additional services include telehealth, medical weight management, provider-evaluated IV Infusion Support, EKGs, pre-operative evaluations, DOT physicals, K–12 sports physicals, nursing and other health-professions school physicals and vaccine titers, INR management, direct-pay laboratory testing, and injection services.
We welcome patients using insurance as well as self-pay options.
