TO:  All persons who are Heirs, Legatees, Devises and/or Descendants of Richard P. Phillips who is buried in Parkwood Cemetery

Notice is hereby given that Christopher Phillips granted authorization for Parkwood Cemetery to move the human remains of Richard Phillips from Good Shepherd Lot 195 Site #8 to Good Shepherd Lot 194 Site #6.
