Mac And Cheese Shop Holds Grand Opening

ANNE ARUNDEL CO., MD — Vivi's Chicken 'n Mac held its grand opening over the weekend for its new location in Severna Park.

Festivities were held on Saturday at 544 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd.

The opening came after the business, which is owned by the Monte Restaurant Development Group, held its soft opening in March.

"Thank you to everyone who came out to support us at our official grand opening and ribbon cutting," the shop wrote in a social media post. "We're thrilled to be here to serve the Severna Park community."

The weekend event included the participation of the Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce and Maryland delegate LaToya Nkongolo, among others.

The shop's opening comes after the company announced it was closing down its Edgewater location and relocating operations to Severna Park.

Vivi's Chicken 'n Mac opened its only other location in the county last year. The shop is located in Arnold at 1272 Bay Dale Drive.

Both shops are open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, doors remain open from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
