Severn Man Killed After Being Thrown From Motorcycle: Police

SEVERN, MD — A 29-year-old man was killed over the weekend after being thrown from a motorcycle in the Severn area, police said.

The fatal crash occurred Saturday near the intersection of Town Center Boulevard and Jacobs Road. Authorities were alerted to the scene shortly after 4 a.m.

Anne Arundel County Police identified the motorcyclist in a release as Khanh Minh Nguyen, of Severn.

Nguyen, according to police, was traveling northbound on Town Center Boulevard when he failed to make a left turn near the intersection with Jacobs Road.

The Severn man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said he was driving a Kawasaki Ninja.

An investigation into the fatal crash remains ongoing.
