Pedestrian Crash (patch.com) — Residents in Owings Mills are learning more about a deadly pedestrian crash after police identified 72-year-old Wanda Grasu as the woman struck and killed near Owings Mills Boulevard and Strawhill Court. The collision happened Tuesday afternoon in the Worthington Glen community, and investigators are still examining how the southbound Toyota Highlander hit her and whether any charges are warranted.
