Baltimore Co. Resident Wins NFL Tickets For 20 Years

PERRY HALL, MD — Longtime football fan Sharon Kulczynski won tickets to see the Ravens play at M&T Bank Stadium for the next 20 years.

Kulczynski, of White Marsh, clinched the big win on Wednesday, the culmination of five months' worth of waiting to see if she'd won the Maryland Lottery's 2025 Ravens Second-Chance Promotion.

“I love the Ravens," Kulczynski said after learning she'd won. "This is unbelievable."

As part of the win, Kulczynski landed two club-level seats and a parking pass for every single preseason and regular season Ravens game. She was also given a Ravens jersey with her last name.

The promotion is part of a partnership between the Maryland Lottery and the Ravens, which is in its 17th consecutive year.

It involves participants submitting non-winning, Ravens-themed scratch-offs into a series of promotional drawings. From those submissions, finalists are randomly picked for the "Ravens Seats For 20 Years" prize.

Kulczynski was picked as one of six finalists on Sept. 23.

The five other finalists picked along with Kulczynski were:

• Joyce Merson, of Pasadena
• Shawne Stephens, of Windsor Mill
• Cornell Toney, of Bowie
• Francine Tripp-Jones, of Laurel
• Patricia Williams, of Baltimore City

"If I can be a winner, you can too. Keep entering those tickets," said Kulczynski, who was accompanied by her son Erik.

Moments before Kulczynski was announced as the winner, she and the five other finalists, as well as their guests, were given a tour of the Ravens stadium.

The big reveal came when the group arrived at the Ravens' locker room, where former Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith and two cheerleaders were standing by to announce Kulczynski as the winner.

While the other five finalists did not claim the tickets, they didn't leave empty-handed. All six of the finalists had received a prize to the tune of $10,000.
