• Baltimore County councilman pushes for road safety improvements in Perry Hall (cbsnews.com) — Perry Hall residents may soon see safety changes on Northwind Road after Councilman David Marks requested a county traffic study following a fatal crash involving cyclist James Bandoch. Engineers will review speed, volume, and crash data over the next four to six weeks, while neighbors call for sidewalks, better crosswalk signals, and other measures to protect walkers and bike riders.
