The signs around Joppaview Elementary School about the times the speed limit is reduced during school hours in the morning and afternoon needs to be changed do to the time change of the start and end times of school days. I also noticed that the NO LEFT TURN SIGN times also needs to be changed because of the start and end times of the school day
