• Maryland man set to be sentenced for home improvement fraud (capegazette.com) — A 27-year-old Westminster man faces sentencing in Delaware next month after pleading guilty to two counts of home improvement fraud tied to more than $1 million in unfinished renovation work. Prosecutors say he took payments from six Sussex County property owners but never completed the jobs, and he now faces up to eight years in prison.
