Bridges® by EPOCH at Sudbury Appoints Kristin Johnson as Senior Advisor

SUDBURY, MA – Bridges® by EPOCH at Sudbury is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Johnson as its new Senior Advisor. Johnson recently stepped into an expanded leadership role where she will leverage nearly 20 years of experience in senior living.

With a specialized focus on memory care, life enrichment, and dementia education, Johnson is known for her relationship-driven approach and calm guidance. In her role as Senior Advisor, she will work with families to help them understand their needs, share vital resources, and guide them in providing the right level of support for their loved ones.

Having previously served the Sudbury community as the Life Enrichment Director, Johnson brings a deep knowledge of the resident experience and a strong understanding of family dynamics to the leadership team.

Throughout her career, Johnson has been dedicated to mentoring teams through education and facilitating support groups for families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Certificate of Gerontology. Furthermore, she is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and an Alzheimer’s Association Support Group Facilitator.
