EPOCH Senior Living Honors Top Employees

Waltham, MA – February 2026 - Recognizing their dedication and commitment to the residents under their care, EPOCH Senior Living has honored top team members from its senior living communities across the Northeast.

Awards were presented in five categories during an awards dinner on February 4 at the Marriott in Waltham, MA. More than 180 people attended.

"Every year it becomes more difficult to select our award winners since every one of our team members goes above and beyond to fulfill our mission here at EPOCH Senior Living,’’ said Laurie Gerber, Chairperson of EPOCH Senior Living. “We wanted to recognize their efforts and celebrate the wonderful culture we have here at EPOCH.”

Kevin Defayette of Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham received the Larry Gerber Award. The award is in memory of EPOCH’s CEO and Founder, Larry Gerber. The award recognizes the recipient who demonstrates a unique ability to connect with both residents and team members, making them feel seen and heard, while advancing the EPOCH mission with dedication and care.
