• Arlington Awarded $2 Million For Housing And Infrastructure Projects (patch.com) — Arlington has secured more than $2 million in state grants to boost affordable housing, modernize infrastructure, and improve its downtown. The funding will help build 40 new income-restricted units at Emma's Court, upgrade water and pump stations, enhance pedestrian and transit access on Massachusetts Avenue, and support small businesses and future housing planning.
