Residents can look forward to artisan breads, croissants, pastries, sandwiches, and a full range of beverages, as the family-run business begins hiring and prepares to join the Arlington community.
   

• Mary Ellen Grace McEwen (leesburg-news.com) — Longtime Arlington resident Mary Ellen Grace Keane McEwen, 92, who attended Arlington High School, worked at the Arlington phone exchange, and worshiped at St. James in Arlington Heights, has died in Florida. Her life spanned local jobs, Catholic service, artistic pursuits, and a large extended family, with a Funeral Mass planned in Eustis, Florida on September 4.
