• Park Square Building offices poised for conversion to apartments (thebostonsun.com) — A landmark Back Bay office block at 31 St. James Street is slated to become 490 apartments in what could be Boston's largest office-to-residential conversion. The $410 million proposal would keep ground-floor retailers like Roche Bobois and Fire + Ice, while nearly two dozen office tenants are expected to leave by year's end.
