• Becket: Exhibit, concert planned at Becket Arts Center (berkshireeagle.com) — Becket Arts Center is hosting a free opening reception for Stephanie Blumenthal’s “Contemporary Vanitas” exhibit this Saturday, Aug. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by an outdoor concert by Rounders Revival from 5 to 7 p.m. Families are invited to bring chairs, blankets, and picnics, with donations welcome and a rain plan moving the concert indoors.
