Our entertainment includes a Live Band PLUS a BIG SCREEN Presentation!Our Independence Day Celebration starts at 6:00 pm, our favorite Oldies Band, The Reminisants will entertain us once again! Bring a blanket and a picnic dinner for our traditional FREE Concert and be prepared to DANCE! It’s as American as Apple Pie (and Pizza Pie), so of course we’ll have some for sale along with drinks.

Live music on the main stage starts at 6pm with the Bo and Bill Winiker Band. Come early to save your space in the field. Try out the delicious food from the many food trucks and explore the artisan craft booths, local business exhibitors and the carnival. At dusk, settle in for the grand finale…a fantastic fireworks display!
While most of the events are free on the 4th, there is a charge for food trucks and the carnival. A portion of these sales are sent back to the community in the form of free programs and events.

 you’re just looking to expose your kids to music, or you already know 
you want them to develop a lifelong passion, our Fall Open House is a 
great way to learn which music class is the right fit for your family.
Test
 out classes, talk to our faculty, try all kinds of instruments at the 
“instrument petting zoo,” see our facilities at 160 Lexington Street, 
Belmont, make a musical craft, meet other families, and enjoy a fun day 
of music together!

Powers
 is located at 160 Lexington St., Belmont, MA 02478. Free parking is 
available in front of the building. We are also walking distance from 
Waverly Square, which is serviced by the MBTA’s Commuter Rail (Fitchburg
 Line) and the 73 bus.
Accessibility information: Powers 
currently requires guests to go up a short flight of stairs to the main 
floor of the school. We are committed to improving access to our 
building for those with limited mobility. The school is in the early 
stages of this large and important project, but there is no formal 
timeline set for when it will be started/completed as of yet.
