State Police and prosecutors are now moving the case forward, while a separate allegation from another student remains under independent investigation. 
• Man charged with second-degree murder in Hingham Apple store crash violates probation (boston25news.com) — A high-profile criminal defendant is now being held after a Brockton Superior Court judge revoked his bail for allegedly violating probation conditions tied to a deadly 2022 Apple Store crash in Hingham. While the incident happened outside the city, the case is unfolding in Brockton's courthouse, where he'll remain in custody for up to 90 days pending further hearings.
