Mother’s Day Celebration! MOVEMENT, RHYTHM + VOICE with Live Drumming ~ All Ages (5+) Workshop

Movement, Rhythm + Voice is a guided, holistic experience that invites the release of tension, reconnection to the body, and the awakening of joyful expression through breath, rhythm, sound, and symbolic movements. Rooted in seasonal cycles, the practice welcomes all emotions and celebrates the vitality of being alive. Repetition and rhythm support a deep, embodied experience, while live drumming grounds the journey and connects the group to a shared heartbeat. Inspired by the intercultural approaches of Katherine Dunham and Herns Duplan, the session blends accessibility, intention, and play. No prior experience is needed. This special workshop honors all mothers, on Earth and in memory, and brings all generations together in a space of connection, celebration, and shared energy. A babysitter will be present to support younger participants and allow adults to fully enjoy the experience.
