Second Suspect Charged in July 4 Fatal Shooting of Cambridge DPW Worker – [your]NEWS (yournews.com) — Cambridge residents are learning that a second suspect has now been charged in the July 4 killing of city Department of Public Works employee Xavier Bautista, who was found shot near Norfolk Street and Broadway. Prosecutors say 22-year-old Giovani Arroyo of Boston faces murder and firearms charges and is being held without bail, with a court return set for October.
