• XYone advances first MUC1-C ADC into Phase 1b/2 solid tumor trial (allsci.com) — A Canton-based biotech company, XYone Therapeutics, has just dosed the first patient in a Phase 1b/2 trial of its experimental cancer drug XYA02, targeting difficult solid tumors. The study, backed by FDA Orphan Drug Designations for pancreatic and gastric cancers, will test safety and dosing before expanding to more patients with several hard-to-treat cancers.
