Today's riddle: What do sweet potatoes wear to bed? 🤔 (Answer below!)
• Real estate transactions: June 1 (mvtimes.com) — A Chilmark property at 31 North Road changed hands for $1 million, one of several notable real estate deals recorded across Martha’s Vineyard in early June. Aquinnah, Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Tisbury also saw high-value sales that hint at the Island’s still-strong market.

• Great white sharks are back off Cape Cod — where they've been spotted (capecodtimes.com) — Shark season has officially returned, and a seal found with suspected great white bite marks on Lucy Vincent Beach in Chilmark underscores the risk close to home. Researchers report multiple recent great white sightings off Massachusetts, urging swimmers to avoid seals, watch for fish schools, and stay near shore as activity increases through summer and fall.
