• Breaking moos: Prison cattle stage bovine bustout (concordbridge.org) — Concord neighbors near the Northeastern Correctional Center got an unusual wake-up when a herd of prison cattle wandered through backyards on August 31. Town Moderator Karlen Reed and her neighbors called Concord police, watched staff herd the cows home, and are now trading stories about cow pies, trampled landscaping, and one toddler's unforgettable first close-up with cattle.
