(capecodtimes.com) — Dennis residents can now join a regional waitlist for affordable rentals in town and nearby communities through the Cape Cod Ready Renter Program, covering studios to four-bedroom homes. Income limits apply, and applications are available at Dennis Town Hall and libraries, with a mail-in deadline of May 29 for placement on the waitlist.
