Enjoy local singer songwriters as you dine on delicious farm-fresh food, witness spectacular sunsets and experience the simple joy of summer. There’s no better way to launch the weekend than enjoying a chill evening at the farm. Feel the Powisset breeze as you spread out a blanket, sip on a cool beverage and enjoy live local music. It’s summer at its finest.
Your ticket includes parking, music, lawn games, visits with the barnyard animals and Powisset’s spectacular views and sunset. Food, beer, wine and other beverages are available for separate purchase.
Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged. Picnic tables are limited.

Join us for a special evening at the Farm Store with Dover-based author, conservationist, and adventurer Tom French to celebrate the release of his new book The Gap Years: Climbing, Skiing, and the Journey Back. Presented in partnership with The Trustees, The Norfolk Hunt Club, and the Dover Land Conservation Trust.
In this personal adventure story, Tom takes the reader along traveling, cycling, and climbing mountains larger than life. His reflections on wild places and the joy they bring us are both globally minded and close to home as we’re reminded that it’s never too late to start exploring.
This event is free; however space is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Join us in celebrating AAPI Heritage Month with a cooking class series focused on regional Asian cuisines and their culinary traditions. Each class will highlight a different region and introduce new flavors and techniques.
In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll explore the unique flavors of Korean cuisine. You’ll learn the process of tossing vegetable japchae, where glossy glass noodles mingle with colorful vegetables in a savory-sweet sesame-soy sauce. Next, you’ll simmer tofu stew, rich with layers of spice and aromatics. You’ll master the technique for creating pork bulgogi, marinated in a sweet and savory sauce. Finally, you’ll finish the meal with a refreshing radish salad.
Included in this class:

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Thi will guide you on a culinary exploration of the delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy as you create farm vegetable panang curry with rich, creamy coconut sauce, tofu larb with fresh herbs and zesty lime, and the classic chicken pad thai with tender noodles, crunchy peanuts, and a hint of tamarind tang.
