Framingham Man Wanted On Assault To Commit Robbery, Conspiracy Charges Nabbed: Cops
He was arrested by Framingham and Rhode Island State Police, police said.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — A Framingham man wanted on charges of assault to commit a robbery and conspiracy was apprehended, police said.
Angel Ortiz, 19, was arrested Wednesday by the Framingham Police and the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
Ortiz, 19, was also arrested on charges of breaking and entering, assault with a device similar to a firearm, and larceny of a motor vehicle, the release said.

"Mr. Ortiz was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Framingham Police Department on scene for his appearance on the (fugitive from justice) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts," according to the release.
