Traffic Delays, No Water Service Due To Route 9 Main Break: Framingham Officials
Repairs to the water main were expected to continue for most of Wednesday.
FRAMINGHAM — A water main break has slowed westbound traffic on MA Route 9 in Framingham and disrupted service to properties along a stretch of the road, the city said early Wednesday.
The right-hand travel lane and breakdown lane were closed while the center and left-hand lane remained open, according to a statement.
The break also forced a shut-down of water service at 1657-1671 Worcester Road (Route 9), from the hotel area to California Avenue.
