Two Great Barrington officials placed on paid administrative leave following audit (berkshireeagle.com) ā Two senior Great Barrington officials, the assistant town manager and DPW superintendent, have been placed on paid administrative leave following an audit of a street reconstruction project that ran $1.5 million over budget. The report cites unauthorized work, improper changeāorder approvals, and poor documentation, and the Select Board and Finance Committee will review the findings at a June 16 meeting.
