Community Television for the Southern Berkshires launches radio station, airing music and community shows (berkshireeagle.com) — A new low-power FM station, WGSL 107.3, is now broadcasting community-focused, ad-free programming that specifically serves Great Barrington and neighboring Southern Berkshire towns. Run by Community Television for the Southern Berkshires, the station mixes classical and jazz with local shows and syndicated programs, and is actively seeking residents to create segments, host shows, and even deliver hyper-local weather updates.
   

5. Fast start powers South County past Williamstown, into fifth straight Berkshire County Masters Soccer League final (berkshireeagle.com) — South County’s masters soccer team rolled to a 4–1 semifinal win over Williamstown on its home field at Monument Mountain in Great Barrington, earning a fifth straight trip to the league final.
