• Public Notice: Oldcastle APG Northeast, Inc., CWA-01-2026-0039 (epa.gov) — Holbrook residents should know that a local Oldcastle APG facility on Spring Street is cited in a federal Clean Water Act case over stormwater permit compliance. EPA is proposing a $125,000 settlement covering both Holbrook and Rehoboth sites, and is accepting public comments on the agreement through September 4, 2026.
