• HRA's new summer parking vendors include son of 2025 lessee being sued for nonpayment — The Hull Times (hulltimes.com) — Hull’s Redevelopment Authority has chosen new vendors to run its summer parking lots at Phipps, Samoset, Water Street, and Hull Shore Drive, with separate leases for areas A and C. The move follows last year’s unresolved payment dispute with the prior operator and aims to boost electronic tracking and partnerships with local businesses while keeping Lot B open for events and possible future public safety use.
