State investigators previously found serious regulatory violations and stonewalling at the preschool, and a judge has appointed a discovery master as the remaining Kingston cases head toward possible trial and court-approved resolutions.

Hundreds of donors have already raised more than $76,000 to help cover his medical costs and support his family as he remains in intensive care.
