Jeffrey Alicea, of 8 Hiawatha St., Mattapan, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Thursday at 182 Bowdoin St. and charged with trafficking a Class B drug (over 28 grams), possession to distribute a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and a drug violation within 100 feet of a park or playground.
