MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, June 29 and Sunday, July 5.

Monday, June 29

9:29 a.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 30 Hesseltine Ave.

10:54 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on 585 Lebanon St.

5:13 p.m. — Vyacheslav Phinney, 38, of 6 Indian Hill Lane, was arrested on two outstanding warrants at his residence.

Tuesday, June 30

2:06 p.m. — Valentino Maganzini, 57 ,of 21 Essex St., Saugus, will be summonsed on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after police conducted a stop on 100 Lynde St.

4:13 p.m. — A juvenile was arrested on the charge of larceny less than $1,200 after police responded to a report at 139 West Emerson St.

Wednesday, July 1

10:34 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at 11 Ledgewood Ave.

6:34 p.m. — Jimmy Polynice, 37, of 6 James St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle after police conducted a stop on 442 Lebanon St.

Thursday, July 2

12:40 p.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 752 Franklin St. that resulted in a citation being issued.

6:41 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment on 340 Main St.

Friday, July 3

11:01 a.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at 100 Green St.

2:53 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an auto theft on 11 Swains Pond Ave.

10:11 p.m. — Heliberto Rodriguez, 52, of 72 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor after police conducted a well-being check on Sixth Street.

Saturday, July 4

1:42 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 401 Main St.

1:48 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 98 Green St.

11:43 a.m. — Police received a report of a missing person last seen on 110 West Emerson St.
