"Expressive Visions" art show

This November, the Beebe Estate Gallery is pleased to feature four fine artists in a show titled "Expressive Visions”. Please visit and meet the artists.The Beebe Estate Gallery will be open each Saturday in November, from 11AM to 3PM. 235 West Foster St. Melrose. 

Karen Poon, originally from Hong Kong, brings refreshing images in watercolor, acrylic and pen & ink. Her city life has given her a deep appreciation for nature where she paints plein air.

Elaina Bates-Egan creates bold, colorful paintings with movement describing the natural world. She has received several awards for her work and maintains a studio at Arts Collaborative Medford.

Samantha Bartelemy is showing her collection that bridges the gap between reality and abstraction translating a photograph into a mixed-media collage. “Riptides" is layered with watercolor and textured papers, captures a coastal landscape through the literal lens of the camera and the artistic lens of her eye.

Constance Festo Lafond's artistic career spans 50 years evolving into an artist without one specific style. Her paintings are impressionistic, abstract, figurative and contemporary.Her one constant is her expressive use of color and composition. She has been in galleries and exhibitions throughout New England.
