Milford Man Accused Of Exposing Himself, Charging At Car Full Of People
Police say the suspect yelled at occupants, exposed himself and tried to reach into their vehicle during a Wednesday night incident.
MILFORD, MA — A Milford man is facing charges after police said he yelled at multiple people, exposed himself and then charged at their car on Wednesday night.
Marcus Gomes-Linhares, 42, was charged after an incident at the intersection of Water Street and Oliver Court shortly before 8 p.m. Police received a call reporting “a male yelling and exposing his genitalia to the occupants of a vehicle at the intersection of Water Street and Oliver Court," accoridng to officials.
Officers spoke with three people at the scene, who reported they were stopped at Main and Oliver Streets when the man, later identified as Gomes-Linhares, approached their vehicle and began yelling profanities before pulling down his pants and exposing his genitalia.

Police said that when one of the vehicle’s occupants confronted the man, he “charged at the vehicle and attempted to reach in and grab them.” Police said the arrest followed their investigation of the incident.
Gomes-Linhares was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, Chapter, and open & gross lewdness, according to the release.

Police said Gomes-Linhares was held on $2,500 bail and transported to Milford District Court for arraignment Thursday morning.
