New Brunch Spot Debuts In Milford

MILFORD, MA — The wait is over for a new breakfast and brunch restaurant in Milford.

Nestera Brunch began its soft opening Monday at 198 East Main St., the business announced in a social media post. The restaurant will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“The wait is over! Nestera is officially OPEN for our soft opening,” the business wrote in its Monday announcement. “From our Nestera family to yours, we can’t wait to welcome you in!”

The menu includes omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, French toast, salads and brunch dishes such as chilaquiles and a birria biscuit, according to Nestera’s online ordering page. Coffee, fresh juices, cocktails and beer are also available.

Managers Maria Carranza and Brenda Tamez received unanimous Select Board approval in June for common victualler and wine-and-malt beverage licenses. Tamez told the board that Nestera planned to focus on breakfast and lunch, according to town meeting minutes.

The East Main Street location was the former home of Bertie's Creative Creamery, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor that closed in February 2025, according to a social media post.
