FIA New England to Celebrate America's 250th Independence Day with Community Service, Veteran Recognition, and Tree Plantation Initiative

Northborough, MA – The Foundation of Indian Americans (FIA) New England, in association with The Boston Group, is proud to announce its USA 250 – Independence Day Celebration, commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 21 Southwest Cutoff, Northborough, MA 01532.

This historic celebration will bring together veterans, seniors, youth, community leaders, elected officials, first responders, and families to honor America's enduring values of freedom, unity, democracy, and service.

A highlight of the event will be FIA's 250 Initiative – Planting 250 Fruit-Bearing Trees, a community-driven effort dedicated to creating a greener and healthier future while leaving a lasting environmental legacy in honor of America's 250th Anniversary.

The celebration will feature special recognition of Veterans, Senior Citizens, Youth, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders, and Community Leaders whose service and dedication have strengthened our communities and our nation.

Through FIA's 250 Initiative and our community recognition programs, we hope to inspire service, unity, and sustainability for generations to come," said Abhishek Singh, President of FIA New England.
